I am Shanta Green, Principal & Chief Executive of The HRA Group LLC.
A little about myself, I am an SHRM-Certified Professional with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Theory & Human Relations and an MBA in Human Resources. I have a broad range of HR and administrative experience in corporate and nonprofit settings. I like to think of myself as an avid practitioner who is a champion for building strong workplace cultures and practices.

My Inspiration

I come from a family of entrepreneurs; in fact, my grandparents L.T and

Louise owned and operated a family business and are the inspiration

behind The HRA Group. Taking inspiration from my grandparents, The

HRA Group was founded based on the principle of "Taking the Good Road,"

which is part of a phase that my grandfather often used.

This idea was so important to him that he created a gigantic sign that greeted his customers as they walked into the establishment that read, "The Good Road Vs. The Bad Road!" While bold in his intent, his messaging of simply doing the right thing was clear.

This concept resonated with me and has guided me through life both personally and professionally. Just as my grandparents did, The HRA Group is committed to the same values of integrity, quality, innovation, and ensuring our clients have a great experience, for we too are devoted to taking the good road!
